Who We Are
The Chicago Area Aggie Moms Club is a welcoming community of Aggie Moms who come together to support their Aggies, stay connected to Texas A&M, and build friendships with other families who understand the Aggie experience.
Our club is especially meaningful for Aggie families who live outside Texas or who don’t have a local Aggie Moms Club nearby. We connect moms through club meetings, social activities, university resources, local connections, and opportunities to share the Aggie experience together.
Our members come from Chicagoland and well beyond. What began as a Chicago-area club has grown into an Aggie family that reaches across multiple states—because being part of the Aggie family doesn’t have to depend on where you live.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote sisterhood among fellow Aggie Moms from the Chicago area. Our club supports our Texas A&M families by providing opportunities to connect via university resources, local contacts and social networking. Since we parent from over a thousand miles away, local connections are vital and unite us all as Aggie families.
Our Story
It started with seven Aggie Moms who found each other on Facebook in 2018. What began as a way for moms in the Chicago area to connect grew into a community reaching well beyond Chicagoland.
Today, the Chicago Area Aggie Moms Club connects Aggie Moms across multiple states and is proud to be part of the Federation of Texas A&M Mothers’ Clubs. The club was formally initiated into the Federation in September 2020.
